A Reachdesk widget will automatically show on Salesforce pages for all Salesforce users that have a Reachdesk login and the Reachdesk Chrome Extension installed.

Clicking on the widget initiates the send flow. The recipient information will be automatically populated with Salesforce details, so that you only need to worry about the gift you want to send. In order to use the widget, please set up your connection with Salesforce in the integrations page. Users who haven’t done so will be prompted to set up their integration when trying to use the widget.

Our research shows us that users want to keep focus by working in their main workspace, in this case Salesforce. If you use Salesforce as your primary workspace, the Salesforce Widget will be your best friend. The widget offers a quicker, easier and more convenient way of sending from your own workspace. 

The widget notifies you when you move to a new Salesforce contact page in the middle of a send flow. This will help you to decide if you want to continue the send in progress or start a new send to the new Salesforce contact you are browsing.
