Reachdesk Campaign Templates are a library of pre-built gifting campaigns designed to help teams launch relevant campaigns quickly. Campaign Templates include suggested settings, messaging, and budgeting so teams can create a campaign in only a few steps.

Why use Campaign Templates?

Reachdesk Campaign Templates help teams create campaigns faster by starting from an expert-curated template instead of building from scratch. They allow you to:

• Create a campaign in as few as 5 clicks

• Start from a ready-made campaign and customize it for your team

• Use pre-filled campaign settings and messaging

• Access templates for multiple countries

• Follow suggested budgeting guidance

• Save time when launching campaigns

Locating templates

To open Campaign Templates, start from the new campaign flow in Reachdesk:

1. Go to New Campaigns

2. Click the Looking for Inspiration section

3. Start the campaign template flow from that section

Selecting countries

To generate campaign templates in Reachdesk Campaign Templates, select the country or countries where the campaign will be used:

1. Choose at least 1 country before viewing templates

2. Review the available campaign templates shown for the selected countries

The country selector supports:

• Single-select: When you want templates for one country

• Multi-select: When you want templates that work across all selected countries

Note: If you remove the last selected country, Reachdesk returns you to the first step so you can choose a country again.

Marketplace Campaign templates

Marketplace campaign templates work best when you select only one country at a time. Marketplace products are typically available in only one country per product. Because of that, selecting multiple countries can reduce the number of available Marketplace templates and may return no results.

Best practice for Marketplace campaigns:

1. Select 1 country at a time

2. Review the Marketplace templates shown for that country

3. Change the country selection if you want to build a Marketplace campaign for another region

Marketplace templates are currently available for: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France.

eGift Campaign templates

eGift campaign templates can support one country or multiple countries. These behave differently because a single campaign can include multiple gift card brands and support international use cases. 

Based on the selected country and categories, Reachdesk automatically populates the campaign with up to 60 brands and distributes those brands evenly.

Filtering templates by moments

The moment filters help you narrow available templates by use case, objective, or timing:

1. Review the Moments options shown at the top of the page

2. Select one moment to narrow the results or multiple moments if you want to broaden or refine the list

Updating country filters

The country filters can be edited while you are still creating a new campaign from a template:

• Use the country selector in the top-right corner

• Add countries to expand the results

• Remove countries to narrow the results

• Keep at least 1 country selected at all times

Note: These settings cannot be used to update a campaign after it has been created and saved.

Creating a campaign from a template

To create a campaign, choose the template that best matches your selected countries and moment filters:

1. Browse the campaign templates shown on the page

2. Click the campaign template you want to use

3. Open the fully populated campaign created from that template

4. Review the campaign before saving

Customizing your campaign

A campaign created from a template can be edited before you save it. You can customize the campaign by updating:

• Messaging

• Campaign settings

• Gift card brands

• Any other editable campaign options available in the campaign builder

If no changes are needed, click Save and the campaign is ready to send.
