You can now include a meeting request with your Chili Piper calendar prior to the recipient claiming a gift through Reachdesk.
How does it work?
This works on top of existing dynamic links Triggered Campaign functionality and embeds a Calendly calendar specified by the sender as a first step of the recipient’s claim journey.
What Chili Piper functionality does it support?
Right now we support meetings with individual hosts, with our link for multiple use to be used as a replacement to the Chili Piper calendar link, i.e. as a replacement to sending a recipient this https://reachdesk.na.chilipiper.com/book/me/snezh-terentieva they will be sent a Reachdesk url that wraps Chili Piper experience inside it. Any kind of link can be used, whether it is for a specific meeting type or for a team meeting.
What teams are best suited to?
This works really well for BDR teams for outreach and to follow-up meeting requests to nudge your prospect to accept a meeting.
Can I use it with Chili Piper concierge feature?
Embedding a gift via concierge functionality is not currently supported, but you can create triggered campaigns in Reachdesk that will get sent based on an opportunity status! Have a chat with our solutions engineers if you would like some help with that.
How to get started with Chili Piper
There is no need to integrate! Simply follow the steps below on how to create triggered campaigns with a calendar enabled.
How To add Calendar to a Campaign
Book a Meeting functionality works with Multiple use links on Triggered Campaigns.
1. Navigate to Triggered Campaigns > New Triggered Campaign. Alternatively, you can choose to edit an existing triggered campaign.
2. Choose your campaign automation and select 'Generate link for multiple use'
3. Toggle Book a Meeting.
4. Once you save your campaign, Reachdesk will provide you with multiple-use links. You will need to enrich these links with information about your calendar hosts.
You can read more about the multiple-use links functionality here.
- The first link generated is the one you would typically get with Multiple use links: it can be used in your CRM automation flows, i.e. add the gift link into your Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics emails to send gifts to multiple contacts at once, whether that be to event attendees, groups of customers or target prospects.
- The second link is only available for campaigns with Book a Meeting enabled - you can use this link in your direct conversations with prospects, i.e. In-Mail, email, social media messages etc. This link is not specific to a recipient and can be sent to many recipients at once*
How to enrich Multiple-use link with Chili Piper host information
In order for links to be ready to send you will need to enrich them with your meeting information. To do that, simply replace {MEETING_URL} in the campaign link provided with the link to the meeting calendar you'd like to use, i.e. in our case with https://reachdesk.na.chilipiper.com/book/me/snezh-terentieva.
You can see the full instructions here.
Every person distributing the link can replace {MEETING_URL} with their own, all while using the same multiple-use campaign link. Once done you can use this link to any tool, button, e-mail signature.
* Multiple-use link behaviour:
There are a few dynamic link behaviours that are important to understand when setting this up. We recommend you review them in dedicated documentation, but here are a few points:
-
- The recipient of the link should exist in the CRM that is set up in your CRM automation for the campaign: multiple-use links validate the recipient exists on CRM to keep your Reachdesk budget to be spent only by prospects you are interested in doing business with. If the recipient attempting to claim does not exist in your selected CRM, they will be asked to reach out to the sender for them to sort out the gift. They will always be able to book a meeting with you.
