Option 1: Reset or rollover user budgets per month from a company wallet
When should you use this?
- If your funds are stored in Company Wallets and you are not using Team Wallets.
How does this work?
- Every month, the user budget will be transferred from the Company Wallet to the User Wallet of users in the team.
How can I configure this?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Teams > Select a Team
2. Go to Wallets Tab > Click on budget settings in the top banner
3. Each row is specific to a particular currency you want the user to receive. You can add budgets in different currencies.
4. Specify how you want the monthly budget rule to run
- Rollover - This means that every 1st of the month, the user will receive an additional amount based on the monthly user budget specified.
- For example, if User A has $100 user budget, if at the end of the month, they have $50 left, at the first of the month, they get an additional $100 and they will have $150 in their user wallet.
- Reset Monthly Budget - This means that every 1st of the month, the user's balance will reset to the monthly user budget specified.
- For example, if User A has $100 user budget, if at the end of the month, they have $50 left, at the first of the month, they only get an additional $50 and they will have $100 in their user wallet.
- Note that if User A has $100 user budget and at the end of the month they have $120 (if for example more money was transferred to them manually), at the end of the month, we will transfer the $20 back to the wallet source so their budget resets to $100.
5. Add the Monthly User Budget Amount
6. Select the Wallet Source to be your company wallet. This will be your Organisation's name + the budget currency.

- Every month, the user budget will be transferred from the Team Wallet to the User Wallet of users in the team.
