This PDF provides the different breakdowns for shipping costs, sectioned out by Warehouse. The costs are based on; where the items ship from, the destinations they can ship to, the weight, and service (standard vs express). Please note that the final assessed weight for shipping cost is the higher of gross weight or volumetric weight. This is determined by the carrier.
