What’s Included in the Rate Card

• Warehouse Capabilities: Details on which order types and countries are supported by each of our global warehouses.
• Shipping Costs: Breakdown of costs based on the type of shipment you're making (e.g., standard sends, event orders, bulk stock transfers, etc.).
• Duties & Taxes: Information on duties and taxes specific to each warehouse location, so you know what to expect.
• Special Project Pricing: Costs for any special requests, such as kitting different items together, creating custom bundles, disposing items when they are expired, or even merging or unkiting SKUs.

How Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are determined by a few key factors to give you the most accurate pricing possible.

• Origin Warehouse: Where your items are being shipped from.
• Destination Country: Where your items are being shipped to.
• Service Type: The shipping method you choose.

Carriers base their shipping charges on whichever is greater: the actual weight of a package (gross weight) or its size (volumetric weight). Final shipping costs will always be based on the highest of these measurements.
