Adding a user to multiple teams in Reachdesk gives that user access across more than one team setup. A user can be added to multiple teams to provide access to:
Team wallets from different teams so the user can use funds from another team wallet when sending a gift or when using automated campaigns.
Campaigns from different teams so the user can access campaigns across multiple regions or business units.
How to add a user to multiple teams
To add a user to multiple teams in Reachdesk, you must update the user record in Organization settings. Only users with Admin permissions can manage team assignments.

In the Teams field, add one or more teams.
In the Default team field, select the team that should be used as the user’s primary team.
