This table will be kept up to date of expected SLAs by warehouse to allow for proper planning by your teams. Please note that this is an overall guidance of what performance our warehouses are capable of. This is subject to change at Reachdesk's discretion.

Business Days to Completion

Please note that if an SN comes in not marked, the skus are not identifiable, or quantities are vastly off from expected you may see 6-8 weeks delay getting these to stock.

2025 Holiday Schedule - please note that our warehouses are closed for operation and carrier services may see delays on the below dates . These dates do not count against our outbound fulfilment time. i.e. if you place an order on a holiday, expect fulfilment to take more than three business days.
