Who can install the Reachdesk app in Salesloft?

An Salesloft admin who has access to install apps in Salesloft and who also has a user login created in Reachdesk. In Reachdesk, the user does not need to have an admin role. 

How to install the Reachdesk app in Salesloft

View the installation video here or follow the steps below.

• In Salesloft, click on your profile name on the top right and click Settings.
• In the left menu, scroll down to the Administration section and click on Integrations. 
• Find the 'Reachdesk' app and toggle it on, on the right.

• If you are not logged into Reachdesk, it will ask you to login to your Reachdesk account.

• Review the permissions required and click "Authorize."

• You will get redirected back to Salesloft's Integration page and you should see the Reachdesk app enabled.
