Who can install the Reachdesk app in Salesloft?
A Salesloft admin can install the Reachdesk app if they:
Have permission to install apps in Salesloft
Have a user login in Reachdesk
In Reachdesk, the user does not need to have an Admin role.
Install the Reachdesk app in Salesloft
You can watch the installation video or follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open Salesloft settings
In Salesloft, click your profile name in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
Step 2: Open Integrations
In the left-hand menu, scroll to the Administration section and click Integrations.
Step 3: Enable the Reachdesk app
Find the Reachdesk app and turn the toggle on
Step 4: Log in to Reachdesk
If you are not already logged in to Reachdesk, you will be prompted to sign in to your Reachdesk account.
Step 5: Authorize the app
Review the requested permissions, then click Authorize.
Step 6: Confirm the app is enabled
After authorization, you will be redirected back to the Salesloft Integrations page. Confirm that the Reachdesk app is now enabled.
Step 7: Link your account in Reachdesk
To finish the setup and enable Contact Sync and Activity Logging, you must link your individual account:
Log in to the Reachdesk platform
Navigate to Account > Integrations
Find Salesloft and click Link Account
