If you would like to get access to a new region or warehouse you can request an upgrade directly from the platform. A member of the Reachdesk team will then follow up to discuss pricing and setting this up.
Your Reachdesk contract gives you access to send to some or all of these regions:
- NA & LATAM: North America & Latin America
- EMEA: Europe, Middle East & Africa)
- APAC: Asia-Pacific

Upgrading to a new region
Region upgrades can be requested from all Reachdesk catalogs. A banner will show at the top of the page with an 'Upgrade' button.
Catalog filters will also indicate which countries require an upgrade of the regions in your contract. By default, Reachdesk catalogs only show products that can be sent to the regions in your contract. You can use the toggle below to see also products that are available outside the regions in your contract.
Once that filter is toggled, products that require an upgrade will be displayed in the catalog with a "Requires upgrade" badge. Clicking on the product will offer you an opportunity to request an upgrade.
Upon clicking any of the upgrade buttons, a modal pop-up will let you select the regions you would like to upgrade to. Following this you will receive an email confirming your request and a member of the Reachdesk team will reach out.
It is also possible to request an upgrade when sending a gift, after selecting a country that requires an upgrade in the recipient step.
Upgrading to a new warehouse
A similar process can be found in the warehousing section of the Reachdesk platform. When you select a warehouse you do not have access to you will be offered the opportunity to upgrade.
Upgrades can also be requested when creating ship notices.
Upon clicking any of the upgrade buttons, a modal pop-up will let you select the warehouses you would like to upgrade to. Following this, you will receive a confirmation email, and a member of the Reachdesk team will reach out.
