We have made some exciting updates to our gift sending experience to help you:
- Browse gifts more easily based on your preferences
- View alternative gifts if your selection is not available
- Easily resend gifts by sorting based on most recently sent
How can you try the new experience?
You can explore this by clicking on "Try now" when you send a gift. You can switch back to the classic experience by clicking on "Switch to classic experience." (Note this is still in our early access release so please contact your CSM to have access.)
What has changed?
1. Choose from a selection of available gift campaigns before selecting recipients
You now have access to view any bundle, e-gift or marketplace gift campaign available to you before selecting your recipient(s).
2. Filter based on country
To help you search for gifts that can be sent to your recipient's country, the country filter is now more visible.
This is also pre-selected based on your lead or contact in the CRM or Marketing automation tool that you use when you use our: chrome extension, Reachdesk app in Salesloft, Reachdesk app in Outreach and Salesforce widget.
3. Filter based on team, campaign type and cost
You can more easily browse gifts based on your preferred campaign type, whether you want to send an eGift or one of our physical gifts (bundle or marketplace), and based on a specific budget.
Note that only admins and campaign manager roles can filter by team.
4. Automatically exclude unavailable campaigns
By default, we are showing campaigns assigned to your team(s) and we are hiding any gift campaigns that are out of stock, requires an upgrade and outside of your available balance so you can focus on selecting gifts that you can send.
If you are looking for a campaign that you cannot find. It might be "unavailable." Simply enable "Include unavailable campaigns" to see if the gift is unavailable.
You will see the cards disabled with a message saying why they cannot be sent.
5. View more details about the campaign
By clicking on the campaign name, you can see more details about the gift, such as main settings and the countries that it can be shipped to.
6. Easily sort gifts based on most recently sent
There are a few sorting options available for you to browse gifts more easily. We are sorting campaigns by your most recently sent so you can quickly re-send the same gift.
7. View alternative gifts if the gift chosen cannot be sent to the recipient
If you chose a gift that cannot be sent to the recipient, don't worry! We will automatically recommend alternative gifts for you to send. Simply choose any of our top recommendations, or click "Choose another" to return to the campaign selection step.
8. When sending in bulk, you can send the gift to some recipients if the gift cannot be sent to all
If you are trying to send a gift to multiple recipients who live in different countries, if the gift can be sent to some of the recipient's countries, we will provide an option for you to send the gift to those recipients.
You can download the remaining recipients list and send another gift to them.
