On March 20, 2024, Reachdesk launched Reachdesk AI, a suite of AI-enhanced gifting solutions that aim to help organizations succeed with gifting. Reachdesk AI offers unique and personalized recommendations to every sender based on their role and goals.

The first piece in the Reachdesk AI puzzle is messaging recommendations, which help customers create smart, effortless, and professional gift notes. Picture Pedro, a BDR from Reachdesk. Pedro just met with Hanna, a VP of Marketing at Google, and he wants to send a small gift to thank her for the time. But he’s not sure what to write on the gift note. In one click Reachdesk AI generates the message and here’s what he sees:

How about Louise, an HR manager at Reachdesk, who is sending a welcome kit to Paco, our new account executive in Spain? What should she write? Look for the “✨ Generate” button when sending a gift or creating a campaign, and keep clicking on it until you get the perfect message. You can also edit recommended messages if you like.
