By installing the Reachdesk app in Salesloft and having access to Salesloft Rhythm, you have access to plays that are automatically created based on a key gift status.
These plays can help you with automating email follow ups to contacts based on a gifting milestones.
Which Reachdesk gift statuses can you use to create a play in Salesloft?
We currently have plays for the following gift statuses:
- eGift link is clicked
- eGift is redeemed
- Physical address is confirmed
- Physical gift is delivered
How to create a play from a Reachdesk template
Watch the video here or follow the instructions below.
- Click on your Profile name and click on Settings
- Go to Workflow > Plays
- Go to Discover Plays
- Look for the Reachdesk gift status that you want to automatically send a follow up email to the contact for
- In order to create the play and enable it, you need to select the play, review and edit the play based on your needs (we have suggested a default email template that you can update) and click the "Save" button on the top right. You can set "enable play after saving" if you want it enabled when the play is created.
- Once created, the play will appear in "My Plays"
- In this example, if the Reachdesk eGift link is clicked but the recipient did not claim, we will track the status change in the activity feed and create an upcoming action to send an email to follow up with the recipient.
- The user can click on "email" against the task to see the email template based on the play and send the follow up email to the contact.
