Offboarding At Reachdesk
If you decide to leave Reachdesk, we aim to have a smooth and quick transition. Below is what you can expect from the offboarding process.
Offboarding Physical Inventory
You need to decide whether to ship or dispose of your stock within 10 calendar days of your termination date or as otherwise communicated in writing by our team. If you choose to ship your stock, you must ship it to an address that is domestic to our warehouse locations through the Reachdesk Platform. Shipments would be fulfilled within 5 business days and transit times are dependent on the relevant destination, however, these are subject to delays (e.g. insufficient information provided).
If we do not receive instructions including a local address to ship the inventory within 10 calendar days of your termination date, or as otherwise communicated in writing by our team, we will proceed with disposing of your stock as our storage services will cease. The disposal would be completed at your cost at a rate of $34.17 USD per SKU. Please review our rate card to understand our shipping rates by warehouse location in case you intend to ship inventory. This process also applies to clients who decide to stay with Reachdesk but remove a warehouse upon a renewal.
Personal Data
Reachdesk will permanently delete all personal and confidential data retained for the purpose of providing you with our services in accordance with the applicable data processing agreement. Please also note that where delays take place during offboarding, this may delay the data deletion process.
Platform Access
Access to the Reachdesk platform will normally be removed soon after your contract expires.
