If you decide to leave Reachdesk, we aim to have a smooth and quick transition. Below is what you can expect from the offboarding process.
📦 Physical Inventory
You’ll need to decide what to do with your remaining inventory within 10 calendar days of your contract termination date (or as otherwise communicated in writing by our team). If you have inventory in multiple regions (e.g., US, UK, EU, APAC, Canada), you must manage each region separately by submitting a distinct order for each warehouse. Before offboarding, you can view your current stock by navigating to Warehousing > Inventory in the Reachdesk platform. Use the filter by Warehouse option to see specific inventory and download a CSV file for a complete list.
Option 1: Ship Your Stock
- You can request to ship your inventory to a domestic address (relative to the warehouse location).
- All shipments must be submitted through the Reachdesk platform.
- Fulfilment takes up to 5 business days; delivery timelines depend on destination and may vary (especially if incomplete information is provided).
- Important: Review our Rate Card to understand shipping costs by location.
To place a Large Shipment order, navigate to Warehousing > Stock shipments > Large Shipment in the Reachdesk platform. Fill in all required shipment details and confirm your orders. Costs for shipments will be deducted from wallet funds or invoiced if funds are insufficient.
Option 2: Dispose of Your Stock
- If we do not receive instructions or a valid shipping address within the 10-day period, we will proceed with disposal of your items.
- Disposal is completed at your cost, charged per hour as outlined in our rate card.
- This policy also applies if you continue using Reachdesk but decide to remove a warehouse during renewal.
🔒 Personal Data Deletion
- All personal and confidential data collected to support your account will be permanently deleted in line with our data processing agreement.
- Note: If the offboarding process is delayed, this may also delay data deletion.
🔐 Platform Access
- Access to your Reachdesk account will typically be removed shortly after your contract expires.
If you have any questions about this process, our team is here to help you every step of the way.
