To go to your Claim Settings, go to Organization > Settings > Claim Setting tab. Only admins have access to view and edit this page.
What settings can you update?
- Recipient requirements: You can make email and/or company fields required when sending a gift or if the recipient fills out the address confirmation form.
- Recipient spend limits: You can set a limit on how much you can spend per recipient per year.
- Gift expiration default: This will be the default expiry days that will be set on the campaign. You can still update this on the campaign or when sending a gift.
- Claim security: You can configure checks to flag if the email used is disposable or a duplicate email. You can also manage a list of blocked emails and domains.
