Reachdesk AI: Email recommendations
We've launched Email Recommendations, the latest feature in the Reachdesk AI suite. This feature helps you craft world-class emails effortlessly, for sends and campaigns. Key features: emails in one click; unique for every send; aligned with your goals; international; and many more! Read about it in the spotlight article ✨ Introducing Email Recommendations.
Personalize address confirmation email and landing page on physical gift sends
Previously, admins and campaign managers had to create different campaigns in order to have different address confirmation emails based on the target recipient. We now have a setting in the bundle or marketplace campaign to allow senders to personalise the address confirmation message when sending. This will help users send more personalised outreach, ensure that the messaging reflects the relationship with the recipient and make the outreach look more trustworthy and compelling.

Bulk sends: CSV templates per campaign type and user role
To improve the experience when sending gifts to multiple recipients, the CSV template is now specific to the campaign type and user role. The following enhancements will help make the sending process easier and more seamless:
-
Each CSV is now unique to the campaign type, meaning we will only show relevant fields for the campaign type
-
The sender email used for sending on behalf of another user will only appear for admin roles
-
The “Role” column is now the “Recipient Role” column
-
Each column will show “required” if it is required and will show what options can be added for the column
-
Each column will have a sample value to make it easier to understand the type of data we need
-
The support article has been linked to the bulk recipient step and has been updated with all the details we have changed.

Gifting UX improvements
Show bundle item images when sending
When sending a bundle campaign, you can now see the items in the "What is inside your package" step. This will greatly help customers who send bundle campaigns so their senders can see what the items actually look like before sending.
Show marketplace campaigns with recipient's choice when sending
We are now showing a “choice” badge on marketplace campaigns that have recipient’s choice. This will make it easier for senders to know if the campaign they are selecting allows the recipient to choose another gift.
Show vendor name for marketplace gifts
Now across the Marketplace, Experiences & Merch Builder catalogs you are able to easily check and see which vendor supplies the product/event! You can find the vendors name just below the products title within the modal.
Warehouse allocation
You are now able to easily view a break down of where you warehouse items are allocated across all warehouses it is stored in and have access to. Simply by clicking into the item from the inventory tab you will enter the 'Edit Item' page, from here you can navigate to the new 'Allocation' tab to view this breakdown!
Within the Allocation tab you will find 3 columns; the warehouse, the quantity currently stocked in, and the inbound quantity in an open Ship Notice in transit to the warehouse.
Warehousing: last shipped date & sort by
In this update you will now see a new column in the items tab in the inventory section which shows the date in which that SKU was last shipped out from the warehouse across any send type (i.e bundle, stock shipment, store portal etc.) Along with this, you are able to sort the list of SKUs by the 'Most recently shipped' & 'Least recently shipped' to help easily identify which items are being used more frequently and which ones you might want to remove.
Specify team wallet for gift sends via Zapier (Landing pages)
Our existing landing page service is managed by our professional services team and is synced with Reachdesk using Zapier. Users will now be able to specify the name of the team related to the wallet they want to use, which will be charged whenever a gift is claimed from a landing page. Read more about it here!
Stay tuned for next month's updates!
