With the opening of our New US Warehouse there are some additional rules when sending new Ship Notices to help ensure accurate and timely delivery of your items.
Due to the warehouses location there are 2 addresses to be aware of, depending on the carrier you or your supplier is using. As a results, we will provide you with 2 addresses when generating a new Ship Notice; one for is you are shipping via USPS, and the other if you are shipping via any other carriers, such as; FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
Please make sure you are using the correct address when creating the shipping label. The differences are in the city & zipcode, highlighted in red below:
For USPS use:
1100 Bold Ruler Rd.
Haslet, TX 76052 United States US
For all other carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL) use:
1100 Bold Ruler Rd.
Justin, TX 76247 United States US
Why are there two addresses?
Our US warehouse is in an industrial park at the border of two cities in Texas, Justin and Haslet. While our warehouse is physically in Justin, their mailbox is at the entrance to the industrial park, which is physically in Haslet. As a result, USPS registers a different address than all other carriers.
Can't you just update the address?
Unfortunately, no. USPS is unable to change the address or relocate the mailbox, as other warehouses in the industrial park are located in Haslet.
What will happen if I use the wrong address?
There is a chance that your vendor's address validation software will not recognize the address, and your vendor might ask you to send an updated address.Additionally, while your package will most likely deliver to the correct address, even if you input the wrong city, there is a chance that your shipment will fail. Please be careful to enter the correct address depending on your carrier.
