Return Labels for Event Orders
When sending items to an event, you have the option to include a return label with your order. Here's everything you need to know about how they work and when you'll be charged.
How do return labels work?
When you select the return label option during checkout, a label will automatically be included with every outbound shipment from that order — there's nothing extra you need to do per recipient.
You'll see an estimated return charge on your order summary. This is based on the full cost of your outbound shipments, but don't worry — this is just an estimate. You won't be charged anything upfront.
When will I be charged?
You're only ever charged for a return label if it's actually used.
A label is considered used as soon as it's scanned at the courier facility. Once that happens, the cost will be applied when the return is received back. Your final charge is confirmed once the return ship notice has been completed.
Any labels that aren't scanned and used won't cost you a thing.
How is the cost calculated?
Rather than going off your outbound estimate, the cost per label is calculated from the actual box size and weight recorded when the label is scanned at the courier. This means what you pay accurately reflects the real return shipment.
