Low stock alerts
You can now set low-stock alerts for your warehouse items. This feature allows you to get low-stock alerts when the in-stock quantity of a certain item goes below a given threshold. These alerts are sent via email, to all users identified to be alerted — you can select multiple. This alert is configurable per item and warehouse. Learn more here!
Show item cost when sending a bundle
To provide full visibility of the total gift cost, we started showing the unit cost and total estimated item cost when sending bundle campaigns. All items our customers have in a Reachdesk warehouse have been paid upfront, so senders are only charged for shipping and handling when sending a bundle. By showing the unit and the total cost of warehouse items inside a bundle, gift senders can know the full cost of the gifts they are trying to send.
These costs will show when bundle items have a unit cost (this is configurable on an item's page). The unit and total costs calculations will only consider items with a cost associated. When bundles include grouped items, the item with the max unit cost will be the one used for the cost calculations.
Enhanced bulk sending with grouped Items
You can now send bundle campaigns with grouped items in bulk when the total quantity of items in the group is equal to or greater than the number of recipients. It used to be that these bulk sends would require all items inside a grouped item to have a quantity of at least the number of recipients. This means that when sending "branded hoodies" to 100 recipients, you'd have to have 100 units of small hoodies, 100 units of medium hoodies, and 100 units of large hoodies. With this enhancement, you can send those hoodies to 100 recipients when your stock is just 20 small hoodies, 40 medium hoodies, and 40 large hoodies (total stock quantity = 100 hoodies).
Order details for Store Portal sends
Store Portal customers can now see the details of every Store Portal order. To see order details, click on the order link inside the Store Portal tab — this is a new column. Order pages include order details, tracking information & latest status, origin details (store portal name, external order link, and origin warehouse), destination details (recipient details and shipping details), items included in the order, and payment information.
Enhanced Security for Marketo, HubSpot & Influitive Sends
To make triggered sends from Marketo, Hubspot, and Influitive safer, we now require an API token from Reachdesk to authenticate webhooks from these platforms. This API token ensures these platforms have permission to trigger sends from Reachdesk. Learn more about connecting Marketo and Hubspot with Reachdesk.
