In-app Gifting Landing Pages!

Streamline your campaigns and boost engagement with Reachdesk landing pages. Admins and Campaign Managers can now design, share, and track personalized gifting landing pages using our intuitive in-app drag-and-drop builder. How does it work?

1. Create a landing page with our drag-and-drop builder.
2. Connect your landing page with Reachdesk gift campaigns.
3. Protect your landing pages with enhanced approval settings, suspicious and duplicate claim checks, email and domain blocking and monthly spend limits.
4. Publish your landing page and share it using a friendly link.

Hide Insights' Recipients tab from non-admins 

The Recipients tab from the Insights page is now hidden from sender and campaign manager roles. This will provide more control when it comes to accessing data related to gift recipient details. If a user who does not have an admin role tries to access the recipient tab on the Insights page or if they click on the recipients' hyperlink from the Opportunities tab, they will see a no access page. 

Separate Hubspot events for gift status changes

Previously, we were only creating one event in Hubspot and overriding this event on gift status changes. We are now creating a new event in Hubspot every time the gift status changes. This provides better reporting and workflow capabilities since each gift status change is tracked as a separate event. If a gift is sent to a Hubspot contact using Reachdesk, every time the gift status changes, a new event will be created against that contact. This can be viewed in their Activity feed.
