You can view and export detailed information about gift sends from the Sends page. The export downloads as a CSV file, which you can open in a spreadsheet application.
How to export sends data
- Go to the Sends page.
- Optional: Apply filters to narrow down the sends included in the export.
- Click Download as CSV next to the Filters button
The downloaded CSV includes sends that match the filters applied on the Sends page.
Filter data before exporting
You can apply filters on the Sends page before exporting sends data. Filters help you export only the sends that are relevant to your reporting needs.
Available filters include:
- Date range
- Campaign
- Send status
Using filters helps reduce unnecessary data in the CSV export. For example, you can export sends for a specific campaign, date range, or delivery-related status.
To filter by other variables, export the full CSV from the Sends page and apply additional filters in your spreadsheet application.
