Having the option to update expiry dates of gifts already sent to recipients is important so the gifts don't end up expiring before the recipient can claim them. Please follow the instructions below on how to update gift expiry dates!
Who can update gifts expiry dates?
Admins can update the expiry date for all sends and campaign managers and senders will be able to update their own sends.
What types of gifts can have an expiry date that can be updated?
Gifts sends have the following status, given that the gift has not yet expired:

How can you view expiry dates?
- Go to the Sends page.
- Check the Expiration column. It will show the expiration date, and the number of days left before the link expires.
- Click on any send that has the statuses mentioned above
- You will see the "Expiry date" section below Campaign details

How can you update expiry dates?
- Follow the instructions above to view the expiry date
- Click on the Update expiry button
- Add a new date and Click Save
- You will see a success message when the expiry date is updated
You can also go to the Sends page, and click on the button next to 'Review' for the send you want to update. Click on the "Update expiration date" button and update the gift's expiration date.
How can you filter sends based on expiry dates?
- Go to the Sends page
- Click on Filters
- Choose the From expiration date and To expiration date to filter your sends
- Click Filter
