Extend gift expiry dates
Users can now update the expiration date of address confirmation links and eGift links if the gift has not yet been claimed or has not yet expired. Instead of letting the gift expire and sending the same gift again, extend the expiration date and let the recipient claim the gift at a later date if they need more time. Read more about it here.
Setup reminder emails per campaign
Reminder emails are really useful to give recipients a nudge to claim their gift and have been proven to improve claim rates. Previously, reminder emails could only be enabled/disabled for all sends in your organization's account. However, we understand that there are certain gift campaigns where users might not want to send a reminder to recipients. To improve controls, we have added this as a campaign setting so users can control when reminder emails are sent to recipients per campaign. Read more about it here.
Automatic team provisioning with Okta
Using SCIM provisioning in Okta, you can now automatically create and update teams at Reachdesk from your identity provider. This will help save time with manual updates in case your employees change teams, get promoted, or if certain team names change. Read more about it here.
Prevent PO Box Sends
Since most of our gifts do not fit in standard PO boxes, these gifts are often delayed since we need a different address or canceled. With this new feature, we are now preventing marketplace and bundle gifts from being sent to addresses that have a PO box.
- When sending a gift to a single recipient without address confirmation, if a PO box address is added to Address Lines 1 and 2, we will show an error that a non-PO box address must be added to deliver the gift.
- When a recipient is confirming their address, if a PO box address is added to the Address Lines 1 and 2, we will show an error that a non-PO box address must be added to deliver the gift.
- If the gift is sent to multiple recipients, via triggered campaigns, Zapier, or landing pages, and no address confirmation is required, the gift will be pending.
Better ship notice notifications
We've enhanced the email notifications we send when there is a status update in your ship notice. There will be more clarity on steps to take when items are received and when there are discrepancies between the expected quantity and the received quantity. This will provide visibility on when gifts have been received by our warehouse and are ready to be sent, encourage better accuracy in your ship notice's estimated arrival date, and help reduce any issues with missing shipments.
