Offer multiple gift choices with landing pages
With our in-app landing pages, you can:
- Relate multiple campaigns to offer your recipients a set of personalised gift choices. Our landing pages will automatically show available gifts to be sent to the recipient's country, and out-of-stock gifts will be hidden.
- Add a bundle campaign with grouped items. When this campaign is selected on the landing page, the recipient can choose from the items within the grouped item.
- Choose from our curated list of landing page templates that meet your most common gifting use cases.
Read more about it or explore a sample landing page we have with multiple gift options here and here.
Sync gift spend to Salesforce leads, contacts, and campaign members
You can now sync gift spend from recipients in Reachdesk to individual contacts, leads, and campaign members in Salesforce. Use this feature to calculate gift spend and ROI within Salesforce so you can prove the value of gifting towards influencing lead conversion and opportunity win rates. To set this up, as an admin, set up the field mapping in the advanced options on our Salesforce integrations page. Once the mapping is set up, every day, we will sync the total spend for recipients that match the Salesforce ID or match the email. Read more about it here.
Sync "donated" status as a gift activity with your CRM contact
Previously, when the value of the marketplace campaign was donated, we did not sync "donated" as a gift activity with CRM contacts. We have updated this so that a new activity for "donated" is created against the CRM contact related to the gift if the marketplace campaign is donated by the recipient and the following conditions here are met. This provides better tracking directly in your CRM of gifts from marketplace campaigns that were chosen to be donated to charity by the recipient. Refer to this article for the scenarios where we sync activities to CRM contacts.
Note that the donated status is not yet available in the "campaign member mapping" for Salesforce and Marketo and this will be added later.
Report on additional attributes via our List Sends API
When the List Sends API is used, gift send data from Reachdesk can be fetched in real-time for reporting purposes. We have added additional fields to our List Sends API so that more relevant data about gift sends can be used for reporting, especially related to tracking physical gifts.
These are the new fields added:
-
Total bundle item cost
-
Send updated date
-
More details about the bundle campaign order:
-
Tracking URL
-
Tracking code
-
Courier
-
Provider sub status message: This refers to the additional detail returned by the courier if the status is "Attention"
-
Reserve stock per team
This feature allows you to reserve a certain amount of in-stock quantity for each team that has been granted access to the SKU. This enables you to control how much stock each team can use without worrying about one team using it all up and another losing out. To use this feature, you must first assign teams access to an SKU before visiting the Allocation tab and turning the reserve stock toggle ON.
Once teams have been assigned and the toggle has been turned on, you are now able to allocate specific quantities of stock to each team that will be reserved for them to use. You can only reserve amounts that equal the total amount of stock currently stored in each warehouse. Any stock left unreserved will not be accessible until reserved to a team, except for in-stock shipments.
Item Families
Item Families are a way to better organize your inventory within the items tab. By assigning a SKU to an Item Family, it will group them for easier viewing, condensed into 1 row which is expandable and collapsible to view the individual SKUs it contains. The Family is a collective name for these items, within the Family are the actual SKUs which have their slight differences.
For example: In your inventory, you have a Branded T-Shirt, but this T-Shirt comes in Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large, these could also come in multiple colors. Instead of these being viewed as completely separate and unrelated items, once added to an Item Family they are grouped together under 1 row, you can then expand this row to view each size and color.
Bulk update/edit items
With this feature, you can update and edit all editable fields for all SKUs via a CSV upload. In this article, you will find the instructions on how to do this successfully.
The fields you can update are:
- SKU Name
- SKU Description
- Item Family
- Unit Cost
- Currency
- Manufacturing Country
- Tariff Code
- Team Access
- Reserve Stock by Teams
Happy New Year! Stay tuned for next month's updates!
