Analytics for the People Product

The Insight, Influence, and People tabs provide reporting on your gifting activity, including redemption rates, spend, and recipient details.

Insight Tab

The Insight tab shows an overview of the gifts you have sent to your employees, including redemption rates and your most popular gifts.

It also shows:

• The number of people you have gifted.
• The percentage of gifts sent per person.
• The amount spent on gift sends.
• The number of pending gifts and gifts sent.

The Insight tab also includes the Recipients page, which provides a full overview of all recipients.

Influence Tab

The Influence tab shows:

• Sends per team, including redemption rate and spend.
• Sends per campaign.

People Tab

The People tab shows the impact of your gifting activity, so you can assess whether you are reaching the employees you intend to and how much you are spending on them. It provides a view of your entire workforce to help you analyze and troubleshoot your gifting.

View gifting stats for each employee

You can see the total number of gifts ever received by each employee, their level of engagement with your gifting, and the amount spent on them. Select an employee's name to view all gifts ever sent to them. You can check the status of the last gift sent to an employee, and select the status to go directly to that send if action is required.

Identify employees who may need recognition

You can review employees who have not yet received a gift, or have not received one recently, to assess the fairness of your gifting. You can also check new joiners and leavers to make sure they receive appropriate gifts.

Track your spending

You can track the value of gifts offered and redeemed, both on average and per employee, and see how your spending changes over a selected period of time.
