The People tab allows you to see the impact of your gifting activity at a glance to assess whether you are reaching as many employees as you would like and how much you are spending on them. View your entire workforce at a glance to further analyse and troubleshoot your gifting. 

See gifting stats for each employee

You can see the total number of gifts ever received by each employee, their level of engagement with your gifting, and your spend. Drill further into all gifts ever sent to an employee by clicking on their name. You can check the status of the last send and navigate to the send by clicking on the status if any action is required.
 

Identify people that could benefit from some recognition

To get a sense of fairness of your gifting, explore employees that are yet to receive a gift from you or have not received one in a while. Check your new joiners and leavers to ensure they get the attention they deserve.

Track your spending

Track the value of gifts offered and redeemed on average and per employee. Check how you are tracking over a period of time.
