You will receive a warning sign whenever you reach or exceed your contract limits. It is important to speak with your Account Manager as soon as possible to discuss the next steps
If you contracted storage limits have been exceeded, you will need to lower your storage by placing new orders and/or moving stock out of the warehouse using the stock shipments feature.
You will have 30 days to do this before incurring a charge. If the stock is not depleted down to contracted levels after 30 days, a member of the Reachdesk team will be in touch.
If you have reached your limit, you do not have to lower your storage levels; however, if you choose to send more stock to the warehouse, you will go over your contracted limits and may face a charge.
