How We Pack Our Orders

At Reachdesk, every order is packed with care to create a memorable unboxing experience. We focus on presentation, protection, and organization: tailoring our approach based on the type of order.

If your order includes specific packing materials as SKUs (e.g., custom boxes, crinkle, or tape), our warehouses will default to using them. Please note: Quantities for custom crinkle and tape are estimates. Our team will use what’s needed to ensure safe and secure packaging.

For campaigns with special requirements or extra steps, please contact Support to set up a special project. If you are not sure if a special project is required, please contact your CSM to assist with campaign planning and/or to assist with sourcing custom packaging..

If you want us to source your own custom bubble mailer or poly bag mailer please reach out to project-management@reachdesk.com. Please be aware that it must be within the threshold of 650 in³ to use on a campaign or through Shopify.
