Here are the key highlights from our September Product Update:
- Expanded Amazon gifting. Amazon is now available in the UK, and we've introduced Amazon Bundles in both the US and UK.
- Event Returns in the UK. Easily add return labels to your event orders in the UK to simplify returning undistributed items.
- Corporate Virtual Experiences. Access hundreds of immersive events through our new partnership with Elevent.

Amazon UK
You can now browse, select, and send gifts directly from Amazon UK within Reachdesk. To get started, enable Amazon in your organization settings. Once enabled, Amazon UK will be available across all your Empower the Sender campaigns. Learn more about Amazon Gifting here.
Amazon Bundles (US & UK)
You can now create Amazon Bundles from the US and UK warehouses. This feature lets you combine an Amazon gift with items from your warehouse inventory for a personalized gifting experience.
When setting up a Bundle campaign, simply toggle “Include an Amazon product” and set the minimum and maximum spend limits for Amazon gifts. Senders will then be able to choose an Amazon item during the send flow, while Reachdesk takes care of the rest — ordering from Amazon, removing Amazon packaging, preparing the bundle, and shipping it to recipients. Event Returns (UK)
Event Returns are now available in the UK! This feature makes it simple to return undistributed items after an event without extra admin work.
When creating an Event order, just select the option to request a return label. An Event Return (ER) order will be created automatically with a matching ERN Ship Notice, and each outbound box will include a sticky label with the ERN printed on it.
After your event, repack items, attach the return label, and follow the instructions provided via email (also available in the platform and help docs). The warehouse will process your return and restock items once received — no need to manually count SKUs. Read our return guidelines.
Corporate Virtual Experiences (powered by Elevent)
Reachdesk has partnered with Elevent to make planning and delivering Corporate Virtual Experiences even easier. Choose from hundreds of immersive experiences — such as wine tastings, trivia nights, and cooking classes — to engage customers, reward teams, and strengthen relationships globally.
With Elevent managing logistics and vendor coordination, you can focus on creating authentic connections and elevating attendee experiences with personalized gifts. Running virtual events is now simpler, seamless, and more impactful. Read more here!
Enhancements to Bulk Approve or Reject Pending Sends
We’ve improved the Bulk Approve or Reject Sends feature to make CSV uploads more reliable. Previously, files containing special characters could not be processed. This issue has now been fixed.
If there are any errors when uploading or processing a CSV, details will be included in the CSV output sent via email, making it easier to identify and resolve issues. Learn more about using the Bulk Approve or Reject Sends feature here.
