Transfer credit to inactive users with negative wallets
If you are trying to deactivate a user that has a negative balance in their wallet, we will automatically charge the organization wallet before the user is deactivated. If you have inactive users in the platform who have a negative balance in their wallets, you can now transfer credit to them using the "transfer credit" feature.
This ensures that your charges at Reachdesk are paid for, even with inactive users.
Event Returns (EU)
Event Returns are now available in the EU! Shipping from our Ireland warehouse. This feature makes it simple to return undistributed items after an event without extra admin work.
When creating an Event order, just select the option to request a return label. An Event Return (ER) order will be created automatically with a matching ERN Ship Notice, and each outbound box will include a sticky label with the ERN printed on it.
After your event, repack items, attach the return label, and follow the instructions provided via email (also available in the platform and help docs). The warehouse will process your return and restock items once received — no need to manually count SKUs. Read our return guidelines.
Update to Active SKUs -> Now In Stock SKUs
We’ve made it easier to see exactly how your stock counts against your contracted limits and to avoid false overage charges. Only physical, in-stock items now count toward limits, so inbound stock won’t trigger overages.
Key updates include renaming Active SKUs to In Stock SKUs, which are now the only SKUs counted toward your contract. In the Items tab, counts, tooltips, and filters have been updated—Active SKUs filters are gone, and In Stock is the default. In the Storage tab, you’ll now see separate counts for in-stock and inbound SKUs, with pallets removed. These changes give you a clearer, more accurate view of your inventory.
"Brandable" Category added to the Marketplace catalog
We’re excited to introduce a new Marketplace category: “Brandable.” This category makes it simple to find products that can be customized with your logo on the item or gift note. Now, locating products that can be personalized has never been easier!
Stay tuned for our next updates!
