Our gift emails now have a more personalized and modern look and feel! 

• Layout is clear and more trustworthy - All emails now have a toned down background color. You can still update the button color to be more inline with your brand!
• Personal signature adds a personal touch - You will have an option to add a personal signature in your campaigns and when you're sending. To learn how to update your personal signature, click here.
• More visibility of gift amount, together with gift card images - We were already showing the gift card image before if you have a main offer, and alternative gift card options available. Now, we are also showing a default gift card image with the gift amount so your recipient knows exactly what they can claim.
• Gift button is customizable - The button in the eGift email can now be personalized to another copy depending on the tone of your gift email.

eGift emails can be updated on the campaign or when sending in the "Personalize message step."

eGift email without a main offer

If you are sending a global eGift campaign, it might not be preferable to choose a main eGift card option. In the example below, we have an eGift campaign targeting European countries with a max amount of 50 EUR. No main eGift card option is chosen.

When editing the eGift email on the campaign, you can see that we now have a default gift card image that is more generic. It also shows the max value the recipient can claim. Note: the amount can still be updated when sending! 

You can enable your personalized signature for a more professional looking email and update the button copy to suit your message.

eGift email with a main offer

Adding a main offer to an eGift email will help your email standout because the main gift card image is highlighted. In this example, we have a campaign that has a "Costa Coffee" as the "Main eGift card option." You can update this on the campaign page but going to the "Gift details" section, click update selection to choose your gift cards, then update the "Main eGift card option".

Click on "Preview and Edit" on the eGift email section and you can see the email editor below. You will see that the Costa Coffee gift card is the main image shown, and we are also showing the gift card amount, which is the max value specified on the campaign. Note: the amount can still be updated when sending! 

You'll also have the option to turn on your personalized signature if you have this configured in your user profile, and update the button copy to suit your message.
