Measure ROI in Salesforce: push your Reachdesk Campaign Costs to the 'Actual Cost in Campaign' in Salesforce

Once you have chosen your currency to push costs into Salesforce in, and hit connect, this will be locked for editing. If you'd like to change this currency, please contact support@reachdesk.com.

Once you've hit connect, your costs will start syncing in a few hours.

We will push any retrospective costs, as well as costs moving forward, once you connect.

We will push cost for all campaigns connected to a Salesforce campaign.

We will push costs of a campaign once a day.

We will only push processed (spent) costs.

If you are syncing multiple Reachdesk campaigns to one Salesforce campaign, we will add all costs of Reachdesk campaigns together into that one Salesforce campaign.

You will see underneath the CRM sync in each campaign, if there are other Reachdesk campaigns connected to the same Salesforce campaign. The 'Other Connected Campaigns' will dynamically show if there are others:

If you choose to change the Salesforce campaign that you’re already pushing costs to (and sync to another), the campaign cost will be removed from the previous Salesforce campaign and will be synced to the new one within a 1 day period.

If at any time you manually add a cost to the campaign, we will add to that cost when we next sync.

If you choose to sync campaign costs after a campaign has been running for a while in Reachdesk, and we need to convert the currency into your chosen currency, bear in mind that we'll convert the currency based on the fixed conversion rate we're using (not what it could have been when your Reachdesk campaign started).

If the user which is being used to sync to a Salesforce campaign is disconnected, we will wipe the cost (back to zero) in the Salesforce campaign. When you reconnect, we will start syncing the cost again.
