Prerequisites
Before Reachdesk can sync data with Marketo, the following steps must be completed:
Admin Setup: A Marketo Admin must create a custom service (LaunchPoint) and an API user with the necessary permissions to allow Reachdesk to interface with your Marketo instance.
User Authorization: The integration is established on a per-user basis. Each user must individually link their account by navigating to Account > Integrations in the Reachdesk platform and selecting Link Account for Marketo.
