Connecting additional Marketo users to the Reachdesk platform

This article details how quickly additional users can connect to their Marketo instance.

If you haven't already, you'll need a Marketo admin to connect Marketo and Reachdesk here.

Once this has been done, any other Marketo users wishing to connect to Reachdesk just need the following information to connect.

Find your newly created Reachdesk Launchpoint under the admin section in Marketo

Click on View details and you will find your Client ID and Client Secret

Go to Webservices to find your Rest Endpoint URL

As all these details are for the API user role; it will be the same for everyone connecting in Reachdesk.

Additional Notes

A user must be an admin or campaign manager to be able to send triggered campaigns.
