Connect Reachdesk to Outreach
You can connect Reachdesk to Outreach in a few clicks. Integration connection is established on a per-user basis; each team member must individually authorize their own connection.
In Reachdesk, go to Account > Integrations
Find Outreach and click Link Account
Follow the prompts to authorize the connection
This integration allows Reachdesk to pull Outreach data in real time, including prospect and address data, to populate your sends automatically.
Install the Reachdesk Chrome Extension
Download and install the Reachdesk Chrome Extension to use Reachdesk actions directly inside Outreach.
Ensure you are logged into both the Reachdesk platform and the Chrome Extension for real-time data syncing
The extension requires permission to read and change data on reachdesk.com and outreach.io to function correctly
Once installed, pin the extension to your browser bar for easy access
Add Reachdesk to an Outreach Sequence
Adding Reachdesk to an Outreach sequence lets you include direct mail and gifting as a structured step in your workflow.
Create the Reachdesk step in Outreach
In Outreach, go to Sequences
Create a new sequence or open an existing one
Select Add Step
Create a General Task
Choose the day you want the task to occur
Add a task note
Save the step
Complete the task with the Chrome Extension
When the Reachdesk action appears in your Outreach tasks:
Click Start Tasks
Open the Reachdesk Chrome Extension
Select a campaign
The extension will auto-populate fields using lead data from the Outreach contact page

Reachdesk’s Outreach integration helps reps personalize messages and time their sends perfectly within their existing workflow.
Edit the message during the send flow
The message included with each send can be personalized in real time.
Track Send Activity and Delivery Alerts
Reps and managers can view Reachdesk activity in Outreach. That activity can also be passed back to your CRM to measure ROI.
View Reachdesk activity in Outreach
Any send activity is tracked in Outreach automatically as part of the Reachdesk integration.
To view it:
Open the contact record in Outreach
Navigate to the Activity tab
Look for logged tasks related to your Reachdesk sends
Get delivery alerts
Reachdesk sends individual delivery alerts by email when items are dispatched and delivered.
Use these alerts to follow up in real time after an item arrives
Monitor the live Sends tab in the Reachdesk platform for a global view of all team activity
