Who has never forgotten a password? :)

If you have forgotten the password to login into Reachdesk, here’s how to reset it :

1. Click to sign into Reachdesk

2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. Enter your email address and click "send me reset password instructions"

4. To reset your password, click on "Change Password" in the email you received from us

Note: the login link sent via email will expire after 48 hours.

Additional Troubleshooting for Password Reset Issues

If you're unable to reset your password despite following the steps:

1. Double-check the email address used for the reset request for typos or errors.
2. Ensure that you are not using a previously expired or outdated password reset link.
3. If you have made multiple password reset requests, please use the link from the most recent email, as older links may not work. Links older than 48 hours will also become invalid, so ensure you act promptly upon receiving the reset email.
