Marketplace Questions
"What are the boxes, notes and stickers like with Rachel's Kitchen cupcake sends?"
The boxes are plain white. The note is an A6 white card with Rachel's logo on. A sticker on the front of the box is optional - this can have your logo on (no extra cost). Or choose a ribbon in a colour of your choice (no extra cost).

"Do Marketplace prices include delivery?"
Sure do!    

"Who are the quickest UK Marketplace providers?"
Rachel's Kitchen, Unique Gift Store, Champagne and Gifts.

"Can we send coffee e-gift cards to Europe?"
Unfortunately rules on gift cards are slightly different from UK and US. At the moment, for EU countries, we only have Amazon gift cards.
 
"What's the lead time on Marketplace items?"
In the USA, allow 5 to 7 days for Marketplace items to be delivered.
In the UK, Rachael's Kitchen, if order before 4pm, will be next day. Any other Marketplace items allow 3 to 5 days.

Inventory Questions
"How long does it take for items to appear in my inventory?

Please review our most up to date SLAs.

Budget
"If we set a Monthly Rest Budget for our teams, when does it reset?"
Team budget resets on the 1st of each month.

Sends and Activity Tab
"How do I know when my sends have been delivered?"
The date on the Sends tab relates to when the order was placed. Even when it says Delivered, it will still show the date the order was put through. 

On the Activity tab, when it says "Deliver" the date next to that will be when it was delivered. 

Handwritten Notes
These are printed handwritten notes. Set up handwritten notes by going to Campaigns, New Campaign, Handwritten Note.
