First off click Campaign, then New Campaign. You will then be able to select one of three options:

- Enter campaign name e.g. "Orange Notebooks - BDR Team"
- Select the teams who will have access the campaign
- Add a campaign image for your reference - This step is not mandatory but it might be helpful when browsing through your already existing campaigns
- Select the warehouse where you would like to ship your inventory from
- Use the drop down menu to select what items you would like to ship. Please note that you would need to have stocked your inventory first to do this.
π Adding a handwritten note boosts response rates and adds a personal touch. Here's how to do it:
- Upload your company logo.
- Select the perfect note template, font and size.
- Add in modifiable fields by pressing { this will bring up a list of options including Recipients Account Name, Recipient's Name, Sender's Name etc.
- Packaging plays a key role in creating a memorable gifting experience. When setting up your campaign, you can add specific packaging instructions to guide our local warehouse team in fulfilling the order just the way you envision. Learn more about packaging here
- Next, you will have the option to allow the sender to add a calendar link when sending the gift. See a guide to this feature here.
- At a campaign level you are also able to set permissions for a campaign. Please find all the relevant info here.
- You will also be prompt to define who should receive tracking updates regarding each order placed from the campaign. You can choose to inform the sender only, or the recipient as well.
- In the Claim Settings section, you can define whether recipients must confirm their delivery address, how many days they have to accept the gift, whether unclaimed gifts should still be shipped, and if reminder emails should be sent. More about this here.
- Not sure about the recipient address? Not a problem. In here we show how to set up the address confirmation!
- Reachdesk has a selection of integrations that individual users can pull contact data from their CRM or Sales Engagement platform in real-time so that sends can be made in a matter of seconds! The Integrations section is the right place to learn how to integrate your CRM within Reachdesk!
- When you are ready click "Save Campaign". This will then appear in your "Campaigns" tab.
Gift Card Campaigns
- After navigating to Campaigns, clicking New Campaign, select Gift Cards.
- You will be prompt to enter the campaign currency. This will be the currency used to set the minimum and maximum amounts for the campaign and also for the value of the amount sent. For example if I add 10 GBP and then I send an AUD e-gift that means the 10 GBP will be automatically converted in AUD. Please check here the e-gifting experience.
- On the same page you will be asked to enter the minimum and maximum amounts that the gift card can take. This will filter your catalogue search after.
- Select the gift cards you wish to add to your campaign. The filters will help you to find the most suitable option according to the destination country. When you are happy with your selection click on Update Campaign.
- You're now back on the campaign settings page, where you can enter the campaign name e.g. Pre Coffee Demo.
- Add a campaign image e.g. if for a pre demo coffee then upload a coffee cup. This step is not mandatory.
- Select the teams who will have access the campaign.
- Next you will have a section with the card brands added to the campaign. If your campaign has one card brand only, the Main Offer will be automatically active. If you have more than one cards you can choose to activate this option or not, and also select which card will be the Main Offer. You can read more about this option here.
- At campaign level you are also able to set permissions for the campaign, please find all the relevant info here.
- Next, you will have the option to allow the sender to add a calendar link when sending the gift. See a guide to this feature here.
- On the Claim Settings section you will be able to define how many days the recipients have to accept the gift, and if the reminder emails should be sent to recipients when they haven't claimed the gift. More about this here.
- The gift cards are sent as an email so next make sure you add in a template including subject line and body. Remember you can add modifiable fields by pressing {.

- Once youβre ready review the campaign and then click "Save campaign"!
Marketplace Campaigns
Reachdesk marketplace allows you to choose from a range of confectionery, flowers, cakes, office & tech and many more from approved third party providers so you can send gifts on a 1-to-1 basis as an out-of-the- box feature. All items can be customised to give that personal touch. Perfect for those moments when you want to stand out and delight prospects or reward existing customers.
- After navigating to Campaigns, clicking New Campaign, select Marketplace.

Browse our Marketplace Catalogue to search for the perfect gift. Make sure you're selecting the right product by using all the available filters. How to use the Marketplace section available here.
- After selecting the gift you want to use for your campaign, you will return to the campaign settings to enter the campaign name e.g. More Brownies for Stefano.
- Add a campaign image for your reference. This step is not mandatory.
- Select the teams who will have access the campaign.
- Add any logos, gift messages or personalisation needed for the marketplace item. You can choose if the sender will be allowed to change these on the sends flow by activating the "Allow the Sender to Edit" option.
- On the Send Settings you can define the permissions for a campaign and allow the sender to select a different item during the send flow (more about the Empower the Sender feature here).
- Next, you will have the option to allow the sender to add a calendar link when sending the gift. See a guide to this feature here.

- You will also be able to choose if the recipient will be able to exchange the for another of the same value or lower, or if they will be allowed to donate the gift value to charity (read more about this feature here). Please note that the same gift note you set on the previous steps is used if the gift is exchanged so please keep the note generic.
- To finalise, personalise the email template that will be sent to the recipients asking for their address confirmation. Here's how to set up the address confirmation!
