Once you've created and sent a bundle through the platform, the Reachdesk Warehouses will get to work. Let's go through how an order flows through our systems and delivered to your recipient.
📥 After submitting an order please allow 3 business days for processing (pick, pack, and ship). During busier times of the year (holiday season, or end of the quarter) processing times go up to 5 business days. Please review this article for our most up to date SLAs.
🕔 If any changes need to be made to an order there's a 30 minute window to cancel it. If an order needs to be changed or edited the order must be cancelled and recreated.
📤 Once the 30 minute window has passed it may not be possible to make changes. If you need changes made after this partner with a member of the Customer Success team to see if anything can be done. Once an order ships no changes can be made.
📝 Each gift is topped off with a custom note to add the final personal touch. Each note prints the exact message entered upon the original order submission. At the same time it's possible to include a logo by uploading a picture from your computer.
