Reachdesk supports signing in via SAML with Onelogin. Once setup and enabled, the users within your organization will be able to sign in through your IdP (password authentication will become disabled).
1. Find the Reachdesk Application
In the Administration console, go to Applications in the top menu and then press Add App.
2. Click on the Reachdesk app and edit the necessary details > hit save.
3. Go to 'More Actions' and download the SAML Metadata.
4. Head into Reachdesk > Organization > Settings > Single Sign On, upload the metadata file and enable SSO.
And that's it! You are now enabled to allow your users to sign into Reachdesk with Onelogin.
