Set up OneLogin SSO for Reachdesk

Reachdesk supports signing in via SAML with OneLogin. After SSO is set up and enabled, users in your organization will sign in through your identity provider, and Reachdesk password authentication will be disabled.

 

Step-by-Step

Add the Reachdesk application in OneLogin

  1. In the OneLogin Administration console, go to Applications.
  2. Click Add App.
  3. Find and select the Reachdesk application.

 

Update the application settings

  1. Open the Reachdesk app in OneLogin.
  2. Edit the required application details.
  3. Click Save.

 

Download the SAML metadata file

  1. In the OneLogin Reachdesk app, go to More Actions.
  2. Download the SAML Metadata file.

 

Upload the metadata file in Reachdesk

  1. In Reachdesk, go to Organization > Settings > Single Sign On.
  2. Upload the SAML Metadata file you downloaded from OneLogin.
  3. Enable SSO.
