Step-by-Step
Add the Reachdesk application in OneLogin
- In the OneLogin Administration console, go to Applications.
- Click Add App.
- Find and select the Reachdesk application.
Update the application settings
- Open the Reachdesk app in OneLogin.
- Edit the required application details.
- Click Save.
Download the SAML metadata file
- In the OneLogin Reachdesk app, go to More Actions.
- Download the SAML Metadata file.
Upload the metadata file in Reachdesk
- In Reachdesk, go to Organization > Settings > Single Sign On.
- Upload the SAML Metadata file you downloaded from OneLogin.
- Enable SSO.
