Benchmark your redemption rate against the average redemption rate achieved by Reachdesk customers for that gift type
On the Overview tab within the insights area you can expect to see stats on the following:
Number of recipients offered gifts by Senders
Number of gifts redeemed or 'claimed' by recipients
% of recipients who redeemed or 'claimed' a gift
Gift Type Comparison
This table shows the number of egift, bundle and marketplace offered and redeemed . Here you can compare your redeem rate for each gift type average redeem rate achieved across all accounts using reachdesk.

When sending a gift at reachdesk senders are given the option to generate a url to include in their own outreach to recipients or to send an email created via the reachdesk platform inviting the recipient to claim a gift.
The engagement method table shows the gifts offered by these routes and the corresponding redeem rates.
With physical gifts there is an option to send a gift in the mail to a recipient immediately without asking the recipient to confirm their address. This route is reflected in the Physical gifts engagement method table.
This section of the overview tab reflects number of users activated on the platform, the number of teams created and number of active users - Senders who have sent 1 or more gifts in the last 30 days.
