The Overview tab will show you a quick glance into your gift sending and engagement insights by gift type and engagement method, including benchmarks against average redeem rates based on data we have gathered.
How can my engagement insights be useful?
- Check your user adoption: Are my users using Reachdesk?
- See the number of teams, users and active senders (those who have sent a gift in past 30 days)
- Check which gifts are getting more redemption: Are more personalised physical gifts more effective than gift cards?
- See number of gifts being offered by gift type
- Check which gifting methods are more effective: Are branded emails more effective than sharing links?
- See number of gifts being offered by send method
- Check how your gifting redemption compares with others
- Benchmark your redemption rates against the average redemption rate achieved by Reachdesk customers for that gift type

Engagement by gift type
This table shows the number of gifts offered, redeemed, redeem rate and the Reachdesk average redeem rate broken down by gift type. This can help you understand which types of gifts are working - gift cards, physical gifts from our marketplace or physical gifts sent from our warehouse.
Engagement by send method
When sending a gift at Reachdesk, senders are given the option to generate a link to include in their own outreach to recipients or to send an email created via the reachdesk platform inviting the recipient to claim a gift.
The engagement method table shows the gifts offered by these routes and the corresponding redeem rates.
With physical gifts there is an option to send an address confirmation by email or by link, or alternatively, the user can send a gift in the mail to a recipient immediately without asking the recipient to confirm their address. These are reflected in the Physical gifts engagement method table.
Platform usage
This section of the overview tab reflects number of users activated on the platform, the number of teams created and number of active users - Senders who have sent 1 or more gifts in the last 30 days.
