The Opportunities tab shows details of opportunities influenced with gifting and provide the ability to filter by Opportunity state and type, provided the customer is using Salesforce as a CRM.

See the opportunity value of each opportunity, the stage it’s in and filter by a particular opportunity type or state
Is my team multithreading accounts?
See how many contacts linked to an opportunity have redeemed
Are we over or underspending on an opportunity?
See how much your account has spent on sending gifts to people
linked to an opportunity to date
Opportunity type enables customers to filter opportunities based on type i.e net new business vs. existing customer upsell.
Opportunity value reflects what this opportunity is worth
Contacts reflects how many recipients within the account have redeemed a gift
This is how much in total has been spent on this opporutunity when it comes to gifting
Gifts redeemed reflects how many gifts have been redeemed in total by people connected to this opportunity
To help customers cross check what they are seeing in Salesforce vs Reachdesk - In the CSV Download on the Opportunities tab customers can also see:
- State (Open, Closed Won, Closed Lost)
- Provider_id <- Salesforce opportunity ID
- Company_name <- Salesforce Account Name
- Company_provider_id <- Salesforce Account ID
