You’ll create a ship notice in the Reachdesk platform just as you do for shipments to any other Reachdesk warehouse! Here’s a refresher on how to create a ship notice.

How do I move inventory from the US warehouse to the Canada warehouse?
In order to request your inventory to be moved, fill out this form and we will let you know how much it will cost.
Can I just leave all of my inventory at the US warehouse and ship to Canada from there?
No, we are currently unable to allow shipping from the US to Canada.
When will orders start shipping out of the Canada warehouse?
We expect to be fully up and running by September 13th 2021.
How long will it take for my order to ship out of the Canada warehouse?
Orders will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.
