Use date fields in Salesforce to trigger timely Reachdesk sends. This is useful for events such as birthdays, opportunity creation dates, opportunity close dates, or any custom date field on the Lead, Contact, Opportunity, or Campaign Member objects.
Use Supported Salesforce Date Values
You can use the following Salesforce date values when configuring trigger criteria in Reachdesk.
Daily Date Values
YESTERDAY: Starts at 00:00:00 on the previous day and continues for 24 hours.
TODAY: Starts at 00:00:00 on the current day and continues for 24 hours.
TOMORROW: Starts at 00:00:00 on the next day and continues for 24 hours.
Weekly Date Values
LAST WEEK: Starts at 00:00:00 on the first day of the week before the most recent first day of the week and continues for seven full days. Your locale determines the first day of the week.
THIS WEEK: Starts at 00:00:00 on the most recent first day of the week on or before the current day and continues for seven full days.
NEXT WEEK: Starts at 00:00:00 on the first day of the next week and continues for seven full days.

LAST MONTH: Starts at 00:00:00 on the first day of the previous month and continues through the end of that month.
THIS MONTH: Starts at 00:00:00 on the first day of the current month and continues through the end of that month.
NEXT MONTH: Starts at 00:00:00 on the first day of the next month and continues through the end of that month.
Rolling Date Values

NEXT 90 DAYS: Starts at 00:00:00 on the next day and continues for the following 90 days.
Fiscal Date Values
THIS FISCAL QUARTER/YEAR: Based on the fiscal year defined on your Salesforce Fiscal Year page in Setup. Matches the current range from the first to the last day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Salesforce objects support date-based trigger criteria?
You can use date criteria on the Lead, Contact, Opportunity, and Campaign Member objects.
Can I use custom date fields?
Yes. Any custom date field in your Salesforce org can be used as long as it is on a supported object.
What is the difference between IS and EQUALS?
Use IS for relative values like TODAY or LAST MONTH. Use EQUALS when you are picking a one-time, specific date from a calendar.
Does Reachdesk trigger these sends in real-time?
No. Reachdesk checks for matching records daily at 11:00 AM UTC. If a record matches your criteria after this window, the send will be triggered during the next day's sync.
Can I send to records that already match my criteria?
Yes, but you must toggle the "Send gift to anyone that already match the criteria above" setting to ON before activating the campaign. If left OFF (the default), Reachdesk will only gift records that become a match after the campaign is live.
Will a recipient receive the same campaign more than once?
No. Reachdesk prevents duplicate sends to the same recipient from the same campaign.
