[Cue cheesy holiday music] It’s here! The Holiday Season is upon us.
No matter which holiday you’re gifting for, Reachdesk is excited to assist with delivering moments that matter to your recipients!
Due to the huge demand this time of year, couriers might get overwhelmed and supply chains disrupted. We created a guide of best practices to help you navigate the gifting frenzy. Please, be mindful of important cutoff dates (below) and get your campaign briefs submitted ASAP to allow enough time to deliver to your recipients.
Love that extra touch of specialty packaging? So do we! But it does require a little extra time and planning. Please, note that due to the amount of labor required at the warehouse level, we will need to cut off specialty packaging requests by Nov 12th. You can work with your PM/CSM to convey any special packaging requests (ex: ribbon tying) prior to this date.

Please, remember to follow these instructions when sending items into our warehouse. For anything coming into our warehouse, you must include a Ship Notice on the package to avoid items getting lost in the sea of inbound deliveries. Keeping your packages identified will ensure no delays or issues arise.

Lead time for custom landing pages will shift to 5 days so please, plan accordingly.
