Send an e-Gift Using a Personalised Email

You can send an e-Gift using your own personalised email instead of sending it through gifts@reachdesk-mail.com. 

Even when gift cards are generated as links, Reachdesk will track their status and keep a record of the link if it is needed again.

Follow the steps below to generate the e-Gift link that you can add to any message you want to send.

1. Before placing the send, create a new e-Gift card campaign or use an existing one. Then click "Send Gift".

3. Enter or search for the recipient's information.

4. When you click "Next", you'll have the option to "Generate link". Select this option and click "Next".

5. Choose your Gift card amount and click "Next".

6. Review the send details and click "Generate link".

7. You can now copy the "Generate link" and add it to the email or other message you want the recipient to receive. You can copy the link using the Copy button.

8. When the recipient clicks the link, it will open in a new window where they can claim the gift card.
