Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to password sign-in after I enable SSO?
Password authentication is disabled immediately for the entire organization once the toggle is turned on. Users must sign in via Okta from that point forward.
What if I get locked out?
If you enable SSO before assigning yourself or your team in Okta, you will not be able to log in. If this happens, please reach out to support@reachdesk.com to have SSO temporarily disabled so you can fix your Okta assignments.
