Integrating with Pardot takes a couple of clicks. Head into your Reachdesk account > integrations > Connect Pardot. We will need your business ID to make the connection, this can be found by following these steps:
1. Log into Salesforce using the same account you use to log into Pardot
2. Go to Setup > Pardot > Pardot Account Setup or Setup > Account Engagement > Business Unit setup
3. Copy the Business Unit ID of the account you want to connect with Reachdesk.

In Salesforce Setup:
1. Enter “Business Unit” in the Quick Find box
2. Click “Business Unit Setup”. Your Business Unit ID will be next to “Business Unit Name”
In Salesforce, Marketing Setup:
1. Enter “Business Unit” in the Quick Find box
2. Click “Business Unit Setup”. Your Business Unit ID will be there next to “Business Unit Name”
Head back to Reachdesk. Press continue once ready. This will take you through to Pardot > login to your chosen account > allow Reachdesk permissions, then the connection will be made and you'll be redirected back to Reachdesk.
Hit 'Advanced Options' if you'd like to connect to a sandbox instance first.
Success! You can now use Pardot emails to send Reachdesk gifts.
