Overview
You can use Reachdesk activity events in Marketo to target contacts based on actions they have taken, such as claiming a gift card or receiving a package.
Marketo targeting uses the custom activity and fields created by your Marketo Admin during the initial integration setup.
Use Reachdesk Activity Events in a Smart List
Since the activity and field names are user-defined during setup, your exact filter names will vary. To target a Reachdesk activity in Marketo:
Open the relevant Smart List.
Add the custom activity filter created during your setup.
Set your primary campaign field to is not empty.
Add a constraint for your action field and set it to is.
Select the Reachdesk activity status you want to target.
Example logic: [Custom Activity Name] > [Campaign Name Field]: is not empty > [Action Field]: is > [selected activity]
